The noctua group is a real estate investment manager and developer active throughout Germany. The company was founded in 2010 with headquarters in Frankfurt am Main and currently employs more than 50 experienced employees in investment, asset and property management, as well as in real estate development.

    noctua real estate supports institutional and private investors as a long-term partner throughout the life cycle of a property. Our team supports the formulation of the investment strategy and property sourcing. We coordinate the acquisition process and take over the asset and property management. We also present ourselves as equal partners with strategic considerations regarding exit scenarios and subsequent sales coordination.
